HR Personnel

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To provide administrative support to the Head of the Human Resources Department on all personnel matters

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support in the Human Resources Functions

  1. Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  2. Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees
  3. Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork
  4. Assists with processing of terminations
  5. Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms
  6. Assists HR Head with various department projects and/or special projects
  7. Assists with recruitment and interview process
  8. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Head
  9. Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions
  10. Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files
  11. Prepares new employee files

Special Projects

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time (as needed)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: Education

  • Graduate of four-year Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred: Work Experience

  • Minimal or no work experience required
